Mr. Tipu, our founder, learned construction from his father, side by side on the job. Today he leads his own team with the same values: do it right, be honest, and treat every home like your own.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. Call, WhatsApp or send the form and we reply within 24 hours. We look at the job and put the price, materials and schedule in writing before any work starts.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold New York City DCWP license 2119335-DCWP, which you can check on the city's website, and our company is insured with coverage kept up to date.
What kind of work do you do? Do you take small jobs?
We do new installations and repairs: roofing, brick pointing, stucco, brownstone restoration, stone work, stoops and entrances, sidewalks, painting, power washing and commercial projects. We take small and large jobs, from a few bricks or a single step to a full building facade.
Which areas do you serve?
Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Long Island, New Jersey and nearby areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask us.
How does payment work?
It depends on the size of the job and is always agreed in writing before work starts. Smaller jobs are usually paid when the work is done; bigger jobs are paid in stages as the work progresses. We accept cash, check and Zelle.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. A warranty on our workmanship is written into every contract, so you know exactly what is covered and for how long before the work begins.
Who will be working on my home?
Our own skilled crew, trained on the job by our founder, Mr. Tipu. He personally supervises every project from start to finish to make sure the work is done right, legally and exactly as agreed in your contract.
Do you take care of permits?
We make sure the right permits are in place before any work begins. On larger projects, the general contractor files them and we follow every permit and inspection requirement.
Will my property be protected during the work?
Yes. We cover floors, plants, walkways and cars before work starts and clean up every day. If our crew causes any damage, we fix it.
Can you help me choose materials?
Yes, for free. Mr. Tipu gives honest advice with no ties to any supplier, so we recommend what is right for your home and budget.
Do you speak my language?
Our team speaks English, Bengali, Hindi and Spanish, so you can ask questions and understand every step in the language you are most comfortable with.
